Coffee Vietnamese ( Vietnam )
Vietnam is one of the world's largest producers of coffee. It is a ritual gesture the art of drinking coffee. In Vietnam, however, one of the ways to enjoy hot coffee, is to serve it in little glasses. The Vietnamese coffee is a coffee-type long and full of caffeine. It is often served with a fund of concentrated milk or buttermilk, mixed thoroughly that only when they must be drunk, becomes the flavor of a small cafe-au-lait. Of course, it also tasted in the traditional way ie, just coffee. We will discover how easy it is to prepare the Vietnamese version, which in addition to his goodness, is really nice visual effect in serving this delicious drink.

Ingredients for 1 person:
1 coffee long
2 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk or buttermilk
1 small glass of glass type: to serve hard liquor
Pour into the bottom of the glass a few tablespoons of condensed milk. Pour the hot coffee.
Serve. Before drinking mix well.

Do you want to try the recipe without condensed milk? Replaced with the fresh whipped cream to be inserted at the bottom of the cup before the coffee. Place a teaspoon of brown sugar and pour the coffee!
