The banana cream ice cake with chocolate ganache -

This week we continue our culinary journey with the beautiful West Indies. Today we will know this tasty ice cream, or better, this ice cream cake accompanied by a tasty sauce of cream and chocolate. A sweet and unique scenic, obtained with minimal effort!

390 g of sweetened condensed milk
4 large bananas, not too ripe
1 tablespoon rum
little cream
200 g dark chocolate or extra bitter
Cut the bananas into pieces, put in a frullatore.Aggiungere a tablespoon of rum
and concentrated milk. Mixing all, to obtain a cream.
Coat a loaf pan with cling film. Pour the mixture in and put in the freezer for 3 hours.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little cream of milk. Awarded a cream-bodied let cool. Remove the cake ice cream from the freezer and turn it upside down on a serving platter. Remove the plastic wrap. Wait a few minutes before cutting into slices. In individual plates to insert the chocolate ganache, warm. Then lay 1 or 2 slices of sweet. serve immediately. If you want to take the cake on the table, decorate it with the chocolate ganache made particular wire from a spoon, in a completely random.
