WEEK'S RECIPE:
SPRINT SALAD IN YOGURT SAUCE BY NUXIA

A salad fast and light, rich in vitamins and proteins, enriched with a very lightsauce, which makes this my plate, a well-balanced dish, suitable for everyone.
INGREDIENTS:
125g of lettuce Almaverde Bio *
a cluster of cherry type tomatoes
1 can of corn Valfrutta *
1 can of corn Valfrutta *
300g of sliced chicken breast Amadori Fileni * or *
(Alternatively you can use the turkey breast)
For the yogurt sauce:
250g low fat yoghurt
2 tablespoons mustard
2-3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Classic Cirio *
juice of ½ lemon
salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce: In a bowl add all ingredients with an electric mixer or by hand, mixthe ingredients for a few seconds until a thick sauce similar to mayonnaise. If you want you can add the oil flush when the mixer is running to get the desired density.
For the salad: In a skillet or griddle to grill, cook the sliced chicken breast on both sides. Salt lightly. Allow to cool and cut into sticks. Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut in half. In a large bowl, mix well, (in each case, the corn should be addeduntil the end) or on individual plates and prepare the salad as follows: put thelettuce on a plate, some chopped tomato, chicken breast or turkey in the center and around the corn and vegetables. In a separate bowl or edge of the plateincluded a few tablespoons of sauce.
Remember to also bring to the table salt. This salad taste very sweet you may need to add a pinch of salt by some diners.
