PEAR AND CHEESE QUICHE

Quiche pastry stuffed with diced pear brisée and slices of provolone.
 
Ingredients for 6 persons:

500 Pasta brisée
1 egg
1 / 2 leaf 'Laurel
50 g of grated Grana Padano cheese
250 g of spicy provolone cheese
2 pears
2 tablespoons sliced ​​almonds
20 g butter
Salt and pepper
1 jar of yogurt is not too thick

preparation
