Shortbread Paste (for cakes and pie)
Ingredients:(For 2 kg of dough)           

1 kg flour
600g of butter
400g of sugar
160g egg yolks
2 g of salt
Optional flavorings:
1 Bourbon vanilla bean (seeds only internal)
or
Grated lemon peel
or
2 sachets of vanilla
