Fennel and SHRIMP QUICHE
INGREDIENTS:
600 g Fennel
300 g pasta brisée ready
300 g cream of milk
200 g peeled prawns
100 g milk
3 eggs
butter
salt
pepper
preparation
Peel and cut the fennel slices and cook in microwave for 10 'to pot. max (or steam in a pressure cooker for 8 '). Beat together 3 eggs with the cream, milk, salt and pepper.
