Ingredients:                                                          


400g peeled almonds

200g caster sugar

2 egg whites

1 dash of orange flower water

Chop the almonds very finely. Add sugar and egg whites. mix all, roll out the dough on a pastry board, and cut with cookie cutters fir. Bake at 150 degrees for about ten minutes.
