CAKE WITH NUTS



CAKE  WITH NUTS

Cake sweet pastry filled with a mixture of chopped nuts with sugar and eggs

Ingredients for 6 persons:
300g di puff pastry
50 g of flour
50 g of butter
5 eggs
200 g of shelled walnuts
150 g of sugar

preparation
In a bowl beat the egg yolks (no whites throwingwith the sugar until they are softand well fitted. Combine the flour, finely chopped nuts to the blender and you'll meltthe butter in a double boilerApart from mounted the egg whites until stiff and incorporate the mixtureLine a pie dish with pastry, leaving it in its special non-stickpaperpour the egg mixture and nuts and bake in oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
